The final year students of M. Sc. Visual Communication (DFM &MP) of School of Arts and Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru campus, were taken on a study tour from October 22-25, 2018, to SRM University to acclimatize themselves with the nuances of Digital Film Making.
A team of ten members with eight students from Amrita Humanitarian Technology (HuT) Labs, and two from the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE), School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, had the opportunity to take part in one of the world’s largest robotic contests at the World Robot Summit (WRS 2018).

Mr. Aaryan Oberoi, an undergraduate student (VII Semester) from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru campus, was the only student who has been selected from the state of Karnataka to participate in the Mobile Robotics Skill at India Skills South 2018.

To spread awareness on the importance of heart health, students of the Department of Visual Communication, School of Arts and Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru Campus, celebrated “World Heart Day” on September 28, 2018.
