Dr. Hisham Ahamed, Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and Project Lead at the Amrita Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, underwent Advanced Cardiovascular MRI Training, with a focus on the imaging of cardiomyopathies, ischemic heart disease, cardio-oncology and heart failure and transplantation over the period of two weeks at the prestigious cardiac imaging program at the Heart Center, Red Cross Hospital, Lisbon, Portugal, during November 1-15, 2019.
