Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri, Vice-Chairman, Mata Amritanandamayi Math and President, Board of Management, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, recently addressed faculty, staff and students at the 13th convocation ceremony held at Coimbatore campus on August 21, 2016.

In connection with 70th Independence Day of India a variety of programmes were organized at the Amrita Health Sciences Campus, Kochi. A candle light freedom march, “Azaadi 70”, in remembrance of the sacrifices of freedom fighters (Yaadkaro Qurbani) was organized on August 11, 2016.
