To help students nurture communication skills, the department has a fully functional state-of-the-art Language lab. Language software are installed which deal with modules that complement classroom teaching with practical examples. The lab activities also include components like power point presentations, mock interviews, group discussions, personality development, business etiquettes, etc to focus on the corporate communication requirements.
The department endeavors to keep the humane spirit alive. Every faculty member of this department has close interaction with students. The representatives of the department work in coordination with the rest of the college in the making of the college magazine ‘Sanchita’. The department also dynamically mentors extracurricular activities. The department aims to bring out publications in national and international journals. The department also participates in paper presentations in institutes of repute.
