Vision

To create a competitive and multidisciplinary environment to analyse, innovate and advance the seamless transition of existing power industry and automobile industry to a newer sustainable Intelligent Electric Grid and E-mobility sector.

Mission

  • To promote collaborations with industry, reputed academic institutions and other establishments for resource sharing and to promote creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship culture
  • To produce world standard deliverables in publications, patents, funded projects and PhDs.

    Project 1:A hybrid energy storage system using super-capacitors for smart switching during in rush in on-grid / off-grid modes with power quality improvement.
    Project 2: Co-develop a Cyber Resilient AI enabled tool for detection and prevention of cyber-attacks in Smart Grids / Micro grids for distributed control.
