Fabrication of a Lab-on-a-Chip Device for the Point of Care Testing of Hemoglobin

Anaemia is a growing concern in India today. A portable, affordable and robust point-of-care diagnostic device for quantifying haemoglobin levels is essential for healthcare management. This project focuses on developing a lab-on-a-chip device for haemoglobin testing by integrating a non-enzymatic electrochemical haemoglobin sensor with a microfluidic chip and a microelectronics module to quantify and display the concentration.
