Abstract : We describe, for the first time, a technique to simultaneously reconstruct all the components of a radical maxillectomy defect including the maxilla, the orbital floor, a tissue lined orbital cavity, palate and external skin defect if any. The orbital cavity thus created is further rehabilitated with an ocular prosthesis. This technique is a further evolution of the previously described technique of maxillectomy and orbital floor defect reconstruction with free tensor fascia lata-iliac crest flap (TFL-IC).1
