Abstract : A breakthrough in solar cells is made using organolead halide perovskites as light harvesters with low‐cost fabrication techniques. Perovskites are capable of high light absorbance, have excellent charge transport properties and have tunable band gaps. In this work perovskite solar cell (PSC) based on titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin film by spin coating technique is working as the anode, sensitized with synthesized methyl ammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) perovskite and a noble metal will work as the cathode. Here the role of sensitizer and electrolyte is handled by the perovskite material
