Abstract : Despite significant advancements in lighting technology, it remains a substantial contributor to energy consumption in residential and commercial settings, raising sustainability concerns. Traditional lighting systems cannot adapt brightness levels based on usage, resulting in inefficient energy utilization and wastage. This research offers a ground-breaking method for increasing lighting systems' energy effectiveness to solve this problem: adaptive brightness management based on activity monitoring. Proposed smart bulbs use sensors or cameras to monitor user activity and adjust lighting settings accordingly, optimizing energy usage without sacrificing user comfort. The study's results show how the suggested approach might considerably improve lighting systems' energy efficiency and usability in various settings. A more sustainable future may result from adopting this technology, which has a substantial potential influence on energy efficiency and sustainability.
