Abstract : This paper discusses simulation of thin film transistors (TFT) in COMSOL. SPICE parameters are extracted from COMSOL simulation and have been used for modelling a winner-take-all circuit. The polysilicon-based WTA circuit showed a delay of ~3.7 μs between input and output with sharp rise and fall times. This work is the first analysis of a thin film winner-take-all (WTA) circuit which can enable low-cost brightness tracking circuits.
