Abstract : The management of breast cancer is becoming increasingly complex over time. Over the years, with the advent of the information highway, increased mammographic screening, reflex biopsy of calcifications, and the landscape of breast cancers being seen in the clinics have drastically changed from presentation with advanced breast cancers to a current situation of majority patients reporting with early breast cancer. Given the amount of research data being generated year over year, it is understandable that oncologists need to be abreast of the evolving landscape, more so in early breast cancer scenarios.
