Abstract : Primary bladder amyloidosis is a rare condition that often mimics bladder malignancy. Here we report a case of primary bladder amyloidosis presenting as gross hematuria with clots which was managed by cystoscopy and fulguration. It is a diagnosis of exclusion usually revealed in the histopathological examination and is a relatively benign disease with better outcomes.
