Abstract : In this paper we propose a digital signature scheme using a two-layer multivariate polynomial system. This scheme works like a zero-knowledge proof scheme. The algorithm can be implemented in two modes, parallel mode and series mode. As Multivariate Polynomial Cryptography (MPC) is a viable choice in the post quantum era, various algorithms based on MPC are gaining importance. The proposed scheme points to a potential direction for digital signature schemes in the presence of quantum computers.
