Abstract : Hybrid energy system is an important area of application for prevailing energy crises. Photovoltaic solar energy systems are widely used as an alternative energy source. With maximum power point tracking it is possible to achieve high power generation from PV array. Integrating PV system to the grid causes many problems. The best way to overcome such problem is hybrid energy source. Fuel cells are an attractive option for hybrid systems, because of high efficiency, modularity and fuel flexibility. On the other hand, current technology batteries by themselves are usually insufficient to provide the long term energy that the increasing load requires. Hybrid system composed of fuel cells and PV can be integrated to provide uninterrupted high quality power. Solar with MPPT and fuel cell on hybrid system will be a promising one for the power management using neuro fuzzy logic controller. This controller technique is an efficient to manage the power supply between the multiple sources. The neuro-fuzzy power controller has been developed to stabilize the DC-link power. Simulation results are illustrated to demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of proposed control strategy
