Abstract : Fleet management diagnostics require good data and timely information on system diagnostics in order to perform early diagnostics and minimize unplanned vehicle repair. In this work, fleet diagnostics management system that leverages IoT and cloud technologies to monitor the condition of the vehicle and report any anomalies found along with the vehicle information is implemented. Different sensors are mounted to various components of automobiles to monitor their vehicle’s health. Sensor readings are collected on the cloud at frequent intervals and is updated on the cloud dashboard. The cloud dashboard may be accessed on the web as well as on a smartphone. The sensor data is saved on the cloud server and is updated at regular intervals. Based on the history of sensor data, timely maintenance and analytics is done, and relevant measures can be implemented. The proposed system has the ability to analyze real-time vehicle diagnostics data, fleet health, fleet maintenance, to enhance vehicle diagnostics. Hence enhancing vehicle useable life, fleet productivity, and performance.
