Abstract :
We study the theory of transmission of electrons through N delta potential barriers as well as wells. Some of the interesting features like the correlation between resonance peak positions and box states, number of peaks in transmission band and bound states are analyzed for locally periodic attractive, repulsive and pair of attractive and repulsive potentials. © 2016 Author(s).
