Abstract : This paper proposes an intelligent traffic control system using a wireless sensor network. The proposed model is capable of basic routing and for emergencies and traffic rule violations. Here, we use IR sensors to detect the number of vehicles and help detect emergency vehicles, Image sensors for traffic rule violations, and Mic sensors to identify the emergency vehicle's frequency using an advanced algorithm. The work is done with the help of machine learning and image processing techniques.
