Abstract : The field of Mental Health Care has been dramatically changed over the world. Contemporary technologies and various scientific inventions have changed the entire scenario of current mental health care system. Industry 4.0 in healthcare comprises proactive intervention of recent technologies including AI, Ergonomics, IoT, and Machine Learning extensively. ICT based psychological interventions, such as assessment, therapeutic interventions, prevention, and treatment, may be considered as an effective strategy to improve the opportunity to gain access and use of health - care services. "Digital health", can be called the best practices of medical healthcare sectors (Meskó et al., 2017). These changes can be considered as a paradigm shift into mental health care system towards the E-Health due to the industry 4.0. The objective of the present review article is to summarize the particulars of this paradigm shift and to survey the new trends and features to suggest for the further Industrial revolution.
