Abstract : The archiving of data is still among the biggest problems for many academic institutions to store and retrieve the information about the events hosted and participated by the faculty. The system for approving such events is required to ease storage an increase the retrieval speed as needed. The time-consuming process of traditional methods in the approval system such as usage of papers and manual data entries are eradicated. There is a need to store these event or data in the database to analyze and to generate reports based on the requirements. This approval system helps the user to archive and retrieve the data in the form of the digital document. The developed system uses the integration of web technology methods and server components aiming to provide better result in the approval system in accessing and storing a digital document.
