Abstract : This paper presents the ripple free voltage from the design of developed DC-DC converter model. DC voltage provided by battery is not a constant voltage and contains high voltage ripples, thus it is not suitable for most the applications like electric vehicle. Closed loop DC-DC converters are employed to eliminate the ripples regardless of change in the voltage across the load. In the existing method, the classical converter for electric vehicle applications do not meet the load requirements. To eradicate this problem the advanced DC-DC Luo-converter technology was introduced. In this paper the state space averaging technique is applied for Luo converter. The simulation in MATLAB/Simulink was carried out and the result obtained for the circuit and state space model are presented.
