Abstract : In today's highly competitive and rapidly evolving telecommunications industry, efficient and effective network planning and optimization are essential for the success of any network operator. The ability to collect, analyse, and visualize data is crucial for identifying network performance issues and taking appropriate corrective actions. In this paper, we present a plotting tool developed for Nokia Networks and Solutions, which enables the plotting of various data types, including carrier data, counters, and vector disturber lists. The tool provides a comprehensive and user-friendly interface for visualizing and analysing network performance metrics, enabling network operators to identify and resolve performance issues quickly and efficiently. We describe the design and implementation of the tool, including the data sources used, the visualization techniques employed, and the user interface features. We also present case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of the tool in identifying and resolving network performance issues. Our results show that the plotting tool is an asset for network operators in the planning and optimization of fixed networks, improving network performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
