Abstract : Blockchain is a decentralized foundation that uses affixed information structure to confirm and store information and utilizes dispersed hub agreement components to produce and update information. Blockchain has become a cutting-edge research area due to its traits of decentralization, obviousness, and non-altering. Blockchain expects to change organizations, and different types of exchanges are brought together like human-based model to a standard and calculation-based trust model. It also empowers another hazard the executive’s worldview. The IoT (Internet of Things), in particular IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), has quickly evolved and is getting over a great deal of consideration in industry and scholastic regions. Yet the IoT suffers from security vulnerabilities and protection against dangers, which needs crucial security innovation. In the blockchain system, due to the decentralized data exposure, a dispersed way is proposed for reviewing and to the covenant, which ensures safety and this motivates for improvement in the blockchain technology, including IoT and IIoT. In this chapter, an insight into the architecture, use cases, and its applications of blockchain technology are discussed, analyzed, and enumerated with its advantages in the field of cloud computing, the IoT, and Big Data.
