Abstract : Biopolymer electrolyte is a polymer matrix possessing the ability to transport the ionic species between electrodes in an electrochemical cell (fuel cells, batteries, supercapacitors, etc.), where the polymer should be originated from a biological source and not from the lab-made synthetic form.
