Abstract : In the recent technological advancements, Automotive industry is more concentrating towards passenger safety. As a result modern Automobiles may have more than 50 electronic control unit on them. The verification of these ECUs is a necessary and crucial task. The manual testing involves human interaction for stipulating input and observing outcomes, hence it is not only time consuming but may involve human errors. In order to overcome the drawbacks of manual verification, an Automation framework is developed for the automated verification process. This Automation framework covers the features of maintainability, reusability and flexibility. The 'One click Automation' approach is developed where a person need not sit and monitor the diagnostic process. The Automation framework is developed for LAMPS and DC sensors (seatbelt buckle switch) modules.
