Abstract : The mid-day meal scheme was launched by the National Programme of Nutritional support for children pursuing Primary Education. This scheme aims to provide natural and nutritious food to school children based on detailed system plans mentioned in nutritional support programme. It ensures to serve freshly cooked lunch. Tracing of nutrient level and distribution of food is considered to be a hard-won task in the mid-day meal scheme. This paper intends to construct a mid-day meal monitoring system to track the nutrient in the food produced and to trace the distribution of food to local distributors and school. The survey also focuses on the distribution of food from the production sectors to schools. In case of the circumstance of hassle during distribution, the food packages are sent to the upper node of the chain and the details about the package distribution is documented to prepare a detailed analyzed summary. These are visualized and monitored by time series visualization and analysis in done using RFID modelling. These are compared with national-health-mission data repository to identify the nutritious fact about meal programme given to rural and urban population. The significant attribute of this system is to enhance the nutritional level of children from primary to upper primary classes.
