Abstract : A healthy individual is described by physical strength, mental stability and emotional wellness. With endlessly populated cities and breathtaking lifestyles, the wellbeing has been reduced to balancing nutrients in our diets, keeping our happiness and peace on bait to emotional evils including depression and anxiety. An anxious state is characterized by boundless fear or surplus negative thoughts or shattering confusions and worries that disturb the tranquility of an existence. Dealing with anxiety is big problem but identifying and diagnosing an anxious state is an even bigger problem. The aim of this study is to build an interactive system for identifying the presence of anxiety disorder in an individual by interacting with him/her through an ordinary questionnaire that evaluates an individual’s mental disposition. The evaluation is performed by Mamdani fuzzy inference system (MFIS) that measures every input provided by the user to infer his/her wellness stature. The user is provided with an analysis score, and follow-up leads if required for prognosis. The primary goal is to make people aware of the emergency to take care of his/her mental health hiccups through an assessment.
