Abstract : The basic idea of this paper is to create a theoretical model for valuing the value of employees both as individuals who contribute to the organizational objectives and also as a team that is synergistic enough to deliver high performance . Though there are different, tools aimed at evaluate the benefits and ROI of employee training, people equity metrics, an HR balanced scorecard, service-profit chain models, and intangible assets evaluations.
