Abstract : Digital revolution and advancement in technology has created a mammoth challenge in the form of electronic waste or e-waste. Severe environmental and health impacts have resulted from toxic hazards of e-waste. The role of public in e-waste management is essential in establishing a sustainable system in the society. The paper proposes an e-waste collection model for households through which easy disposal of e-waste can be ensured. The paper further analyzes the acceptance of the proposed model among households in Kochi city by the theoretical lens of Technology Acceptance Model.
