Abstract : In this study it is clear that perception of customers towards the online shopping sites such as flipkart and amazon and their satisfaction levels in shopping and concentrated in problems etc. The study sample size is 200 respondents of customers who visit this online site. And the study sampling technique is random sampling technique. And the analysis is done by using the tool called Power-BI and the interpretations are made in brief manner.
