Abstract : With the rise of pandemic, it is not easy for the people to travel to places demanding high healthcare checkups, diagnosis. There is a huge growth in telemedicine sector. Tele-medicine is basically online meeting with doctors or medical representatives through a secure video and audio call, where patients can interact efficiently through medical reports and past information. Electronic health is gaining widespread popularity nowadays. With the increasing dependency in the online mode style, the security challenges also increased in parallel. In this paper, the focus is given to overcome the security issues in the healthcare cloud using fog computing facility. Data theft/third-party interference has been increased at an alarming rate; privacy issues increased tremendously. Here fog computing facility is used to increase the security in the healthcare cloud, where data is provided at the edge of the network for easy access. The user has to sign in with the fog and accept the services from fog. Also, data concatenation is done so as to secure the patients data.
