Deploying sensor-equipped embedded systems strategically in landslide-prone areas is imperative for gathering precise environmental data from soil moisture sensors, rain gauges, inclinometers, and pore pressure sensors. This real-time monitoring ensures the timely transmission of critical information to central command centers, enabling early detection and effective response to potential landslide risks.

  • Sikkim -Chandmari

Sikkim Himalayas Landslide deployment. Different sensors connected in each Dep. Real-time data transmission was established

  • Munnar -Anthoniyar Colony

India’s first IoT-based field in Munnar. In the different sites around 150 sensors are deployedAdvanced Integrated Wireless Sensor Networks for Real-time Monitoring and Detection of Disaster.
