Anti-microbial Activity of a Traditional Snānacūrṇa Recipe for Ajjaram Wellness LLP

Ajjaram Wellness LLP is backed by a family with 100 years of Ayurvedic ancestral lineage, reputed professors from Ayurvedic institutions and qualified BAMS specialists. AWL is on a mission to make Ayurvedic herbal health care the primary choice of system for common ailments and preventive care in India. 


Ajjaram Wellness LLP has entered into an agreement with Amrita Centre for Advanced Research in Ayurveda to test their herbal bath powder recipe for safety and efficacy.  

In the project’s first phase, a preliminary assessment of the formulation is being done for its anti-microbial activity against selected strains of microbes. The funding for the first phase of the study is INR 65,000. The project PI was Dr Prajeesh Nath EN, Assistant Professor (Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, Amrita School of Ayurveda.
