The M. D. S. in Periodontics is a three year Postgraduate program. Periodontics is a branch of dentistry hat deals with diseases of the supporting and investing structures of the teeth including the gums, cementum, periodontal membranes and alveolar bone. The curriculum provides students identify the techniques to prevent the occurrence and cure the spread of damage already casued by the infection
The research scholars are given opportunity to learn and research in this criterion to help the society in health care.

Eligibility Criteria: NEET MDS – 2024 qualified candidates who have been allotted to Amrita School of Dentistry by the MCC, New Delhi are eligible to report for admissions for the academic year 2024-25.
