The SAEINDIA Collegiate Club of Amrita and the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore celebrated the exceptional success of Team MotoAmrita at the MotoStudent India 2023 competition. Their steadfast dedication and unmatched technical skills led them to achieve an astounding All India Rank 2. 

Setting out with a vision, Team MotoAmrita embarked on an ambitious endeavor to design and craft a revolutionary motorcycle from the ground up. Their innovative approach was evident in the development of a custom-built battery pack, a meticulously designed Swingarm, and a state-of-the-art trellis chassis frame. These innovations not only demonstrated their mechanical design prowess but also highlighted their dedication to redefining conventional standards in motorcycle engineering. 

During the static events, the team’s attention to detail and dedication to perfection were evident as MotoAmrita secured the All India Rank 2. This recognition stands as a testament to their profound understanding of motorcycle design principles and their ability to transform this knowledge into a functional and aesthetically pleasing prototype. Their exceptional performance was not limited to static events; in dynamic challenges, Team MotoAmrita showcased their motorcycle’s outstanding performance by clinching All India Rank 1 in Brake Test, Acceleration Test, and Autocross. Additionally, they secured a commendable All India Rank 3 in the Endurance Race. 

This monumental achievement underscores Team MotoAmrita’s commitment to engineering excellence, setting a new standard for future participants. Their remarkable success has brought immense pride and acclaim to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The collaborative efforts of the technical team, consisting of 24 students from various departments, combined with the strategic guidance of the four-member management team, were pivotal in achieving this remarkable feat.
