Dr. Subin Mary Zachariah, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Analysis and Dr. Umadevi P., Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kochi, presented scientific papers at the World Conference on Infectious Diseases & Antibiotics 2018 held at J. N. Tata Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, November 28-29, 2018. The theme of the conference was “Global Impact on the Control, Treatment and Elimination of Infectious Disease.”
Dr. Subin presented the scientific paper titled “Design, Synthesis, Characterisation and In vitro Pharmacological Evaluation of Some Novel Substituted 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one Derivatives” and Dr. Umadevi presented the scientific paper titled “Electrolyte Abnormalities in Post–operative Paediatric Cardiac Surgery.”
