We are pleased to announce the commencement of a new research project titled “Microstructure of Treated Steel“, led by Dr. Shubrajit Bhaumik, Associate Professor at Amrita School of Engineering.

This project will focus on the microstructure analysis of treated steel samples to understand how different treatments affect the material’s structure and properties. Through careful examination and analysis, the research aims to provide valuable insights into the effects of treatment processes on steel, which is vital for various industrial applications, including automotive, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

Dr. Bhaumik and his team will conduct detailed studies to observe the changes in the microstructure of the steel and analyze its implications for its mechanical properties and overall performance.
