Dr. Pillay V. V., Professor at the Department of Forensic Medicine, Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi, published his latest reference book on Toxicology.

An Amrita paper titled, “A Novel Underactuated Multi-fingered Soft Robotic Hand for Prosthetic Application”,was published in the Elsevier’s Journal, Robotics and Autonomous Systems (impact factor:1.950), affiliated with the Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS) Society.

The department of Orthodontics, Amrita School of Dentistry, Kochi, was awarded the best Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics Department of the year 2017, during the 10^th International Dental Students Conference 2017, organised by Dental Students Welfare Association of India, hosted by St. Gregorios Dental College, Ernakulam, during December 15 – 16, 2017.
