A seminar, highlighting different software product models and designs (prototypes), was organized for the benefit of UG and PG students of the Department of Computer Science, School of Arts and Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru campus, to guide them in product designing, on March 17, 2018.
The students of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, won first prize for Mime competition at the National Level Cultural Competitions, Dhwani’18, held by CET Trivandrum, on March 18, 2018.

Amrita Center for International Programs is happy to announce a summer program at Vrije University, Amsterdam in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam. Vrije University is one of the largest, publicly funded research universities in the city and recognized as the second best university, nationally according to the “CWTS Leiden Ranking”.
A seminar with a hands-on session on “Cloud-Develops” was conducted at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru campus, on March 13, 2018. The resource person for the seminar was Mr. Prathap Parashar and Mr. Ganesh Palaniswamy, Spogworks IT Solutions, Bengaluru.
Second year B. Pharm and Pharm D. students (2016 batch) of Amrita School of Pharmacy visited Milma Dairy, Edappally branch. During the Milma Visit, the students were introduced to the largest lab of India for milk processing and equipment used for quality control.
Mr. Bharani S. S., Mr. Parthasarathi Singh, Ms. Lakshmi P., Ms. Aiswarya N., Ms. K. U. Meera, Ms. Angitha N. Nath, Ms. Reshma Kuttan, Mr. Vysakh Vishwanath and Mr. Shantam Yagnik, B.Sc. Biotechnology students of the 2015-2018 batch at Amrita School of Biotechnology qualified the Jawaharlal Nehru University Combined Entrance Examination for Masters in Biotechnology which was conducted on behalf of 32 participating universities in India.
The Department of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, Amrita School of Medicine, hosted the 4th National Conference in Emergency and Trauma Care, AETLS -18, from 5th to 7th March, 2018.
