Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Invites Candidates for Full-Time & Part-Time PhD Admissions for the Academic Year 2018-2019
Amrita School of Business (ASB), Coimbatore, in collaboration with SAS Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd, organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Curriculum Building for Data Science and Business Analytics at the campus from October 9 – 11, 2018.
Thirty-Five Amrita Rural Centers with a participation of 794 students joined together to commemorate the International Day of the girl.

October 11, 2018, was a significant day in the calendar of events of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetam, Mysuru campus, as about 29 students from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru campus, participated and enacted a drama titled ‘Idithayi’, directed by Mr. Karthik S. and scripted by Manjunath Belakere.
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, was in the forefront of the Mission ‘Reconnect’ program, initiated by Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) for the flood-affected people of the Kerala state, as part of restoring electricity to their consumers.
The students of the Department of Management, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi Campus, took part in an event conducted by Kerala Management Association (KMA), that officially announced the kick off for 2018-19 activities of KMA.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham was invited to participate in the Indo-German workshop on “Sensor Systems for Localization of Trapped Victims in Collapsed Infrastructure” (SORTIE) held during September 17-18, 2018, at the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
