Resource Persons: Mr. Narayanaswami A
Mr. Narayanaswami A, a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience, delivered the 7th colloquium session for the academic year 2023-24 on the topic “Operations in Organisation.”
Mr. Narayanaswami shared insights from his extensive career, including roles where he tripled production at CRI Pumps and held VP positions at Roots Cast Private Limited. He also contributed significantly to academia, serving on the Board of Governors at the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, and participating in engineering college Boards of Studies across South India.
During his session, Mr. Narayanaswami emphasised the importance of continuous learning in operations management, stressing the need for daily self-improvement to effectively navigate organisational challenges.
He highlighted his journey from coordinating technical collaborations to overseeing multiple manufacturing plants, emphasising adaptability, perseverance, and embracing challenges as crucial elements for growth in operations management.
