Dr. Smita Kulkarni, Assistant Professor, Department of Nuclear Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi, was awarded the prestigious degree of Fellow of European Board of Nuclear Medicine (FEBNM), after successfully clearing the European Nuclear Medicine Fellowship Examination held in October 2018 in Dusseldorf, Germany under the evaluation of European Union of Medical Specialists / European Board of Nuclear Medicine(UEMS/EBNM). 

Dr. Smita had also presented her scientific paper titled “Imaging of Skull Base Osteomyelitis with FDG PET CT. How critical is it?” in the 31st Annual Conference of European Association of Nuclear Medicine, held at the same venue.
