In a colloquium held at the Bengaluru campus, Sachin Jog, independent HR consultant, who has worked in Mu-Sigma, interacted with students of Department of Management, Bengaluru, and presented a session on Balance Score Card (BSC). He was the speaker for the colloquium which was held on 13th August, 2016, for the 1st year MBA students.
A case study was conducted to understand the BSC concept and it was beautifully woven in at the end of the session. The students could feel the importance of the vision/missions statements, core objectives, the top and the bottom lines, etc., and how they are cascaded into metrics for all departments. The session was very informative, useful and relevant for the students.
