Computational Neuroscience Work to be Presented at Human Brain Project Funded PhD School at Erice, Italy

Amrita School of Biotechnology Assistant Professor Dr. Shyam Diwakar is an invited speaker at School of Brain Cells & Circuits “Camillo Golgi” organized by Professors Egidio D’Angelo of University of Pavia, Italy and Prof. Claudia Wheeler-Kingshott of University College London, UK. The event is hosted and locally organized by Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture, Erice (Italy).

Dr. Shyam’s topic will be “From Network Models to Applications and Vice-versa: Cerebellum Network Models and their Abstractions”. The talk will introduce Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham work on cerebellum biophysical network modelling and neuro-inspired robotics to European PhD students working on computational neuroscience.
