Amrita Centre for Cybersecurity Systems and Networks, Amritapuri Campus organised a one day workshop- Boots on the Ground (BOG) on 22^nd March 2019. The focus of the workshop was to bring an awareness of the importance of Security in industries. The workshop which was partially hands on, was made very interesting where the participants were taken through the real- world scenarios during a security threat. The participants learnt to;

• Experience dilemmas that cross areas and positions in a financial organization
• Experience decision making during a crisis time and cyber events,
• Think and express innovation and creativity while experiencing uncertainty,
• Practice teamwork.

Dr. Micha Weis, Cyber Security Adviser, Ministry of Finance, Israel was the guest lecture to the event. The program was attended by faculty members and the Post graduate scholars of the M.Tech Cybersecurity Systems and networks.
