Three talented students from the School of Artificial Intelligence at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, showcased their innovative project at the esteemed 6th International Conference on Recent Trends in Materials and Devices. Held at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, on December 19th  and 20th , 2023, the two-day conference was a collaborative initiative between Amity University of Applied Sciences and Amity Institute of Advanced Research and Studies (Materials and Devices).

Aslesh Ravipati, Kaasula Yashasree, and Aasritha Sai Devireddy presented their pioneering project titled “Design and Development of a Novel Sensor Helmet for Two Wheelers.” Their research, which focuses on integrating advanced sensor technology for improved safety in two-wheel transportation, garnered significant attention and appreciation from attendees and experts alike. In recognition of their outstanding contribution, the students were awarded certificates for their poster presentation.

Under the expert guidance of Dr. Akhil Mohan, Assistant Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Coimbatore, the students effectively showcased their research prowess and dedication. Dr. Mohan’s mentorship played a pivotal role in guiding the students towards their successful participation and presentation at the conference.
