Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham inked MoU with Continental India, a German Automotive company on 16 Aug 2022. The Principal Director, Corporate and Industry Relations of Amrita, Mr C Parameswaran and Dr LathaChembrakalam, the India Head of Continental Technical Centre signed the MoU at a function at the University Headquarters at Amrita Nagar, Ettimadai, Coimbatore. The MoU aims at long term academia industry collaboration to foster research and innovation in the campuses in the fields new and emerging technologies besides joint development of Industry oriented PG programs. The ECE Department at ASE Chennaiand the EEE Dept of ASE Bangalore jointly piloted this development.

“This MoUs will boost research and innovation in Amrita campuses around automotive software development and autonomous mobility for global automobile industry. We look ahead for a long term productive academia industry partnership with the Continental” observed C Parameswaran after signing the event.
