The third alumni meet of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi campus was successfully held at Amrita Hospital, Kochi, bringing together hundreds of alumni from previous years. The event celebrated the achievements of alumni and highlighted their contributions to the medical and healthcare fields.

The ceremony commenced with senior alumni members inaugurating the meet. Dr.Prem Nair, Medical Director of Amrita Hospital, unveiled the alumni magazine, a commemorative publication showcasing the milestones and achievements of alumni over the years. Dr. P.G. Nair delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the importance of alumni in shaping the institution’s legacy.

The event honored distinguished individuals for their exceptional contributions. Dr.Vaidyanathan, Dr.Rajasekharan Pillai, Dr. Suresh G. Nair, Dr.Ganapathi Rao, and Dr. Vishal Marwaha were felicitated during the ceremony.

Additionally, AnaghaniRishikesh, Chinnam Vishnu Priya, and Sai Jaswant, who have trained doctors in advanced life-saving techniques approved by the American Heart Association, were recognized for their outstanding efforts.
The function was attended by eminent dignitaries, including Dr. Girish Kumar K.P., Principal of Amrita School of Medicine; Prof. M.V. Thampi, Coordinator of Allied Health Sciences; Dr.BalagopalVerma, Principal of Amrita Dental College; Dr.Sabitha M., Principal of Pharmacy College; Dr. Rajeev Prasad, Principal of Amrita School of Business; Dr. D.M. Vasudevan; Prof. Jai Mishra; and several others.
