The students of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, won first prize for Mime competition at the National Level Cultural Competitions, Dhwani’18, held by CET Trivandrum, on March 18, 2018.
The students, S. Ambadi Narayanan, Vasudev Vasan and Ananthan S. of final year Integrated M.A., Department of English, School of Arts and Sciences, Amritapuri campus; Inzamam Nizam, Arjun Anil Bhaskar, Subbayya Krishna, Aishwarya S. Nair and Anjana Narayanan of 3rd year Integrated M.A., Department of English, School of Arts and Sciences, Amritapuri campus; and Shankar Ganesh, 3rd year, Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering, Amritapuri Campus, outperformed all the other participants.
Dhwani is the national level cultural festival of the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. With a wide array of competitions, pro-shows, and various cultural activities, Dhwani has always been the creme-de-la-creme among cultural festivals in the country, promoting creative collaboration and providing a platform for showcasing the creative mettle of the youth in the country.
