Amrita School of Pharmacy participated in the online CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Awareness program on December 06, 2023, organized by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) across the country to spread awareness and impart training to thousands of youths and non-medical personnel to administer CPR in a proper manner. The program comprised of a short video explaining the participants about the benefits of CPR and the methodology to administer it. The queries of the participants were answered by Dr. Abishek Anto (Senior Resident at the Department of Emergency Medicine, MOSC Medical College Hospital, Kolenchery) who was deputed at the venue. Students of first-year and fourth-year Pharm D, faculty and staff attended the program.
