As a part of the MBA Talk Series, Team Colloquia of Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore organized an online talk session on February 21, 2023 with Mr. Sai Sundhar, (Product Marketing Manager, FarEye – Enabling Digital Logistics) on the topic “Cracking Interviews for Digital Marketing Roles: Tips & Tricks“.

Mr. Sai, emphasized on the need for the students to recognize the myths prevailing in the field of digital marketing. He then explained the four different career paths a digital marketing aspirant can take such as product marketing, services marketing, agencies and miscellaneous.  He highlighted that the management graduates have to equip with traits such as; accountability, result orientation, problem solving, creativity, execution and attention to detail. The speaker also distinguished these traits from traps. The importance of having a competitive advantage in corporate was addressed in the session where the speaker provided the students with a certain set of skills to be mastered on such as Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Listening and Reporting.

The session, which was attended by over 150 students, was concluded with a Q&A session where he helped the students with his insights on the queries raised.
